Is it me or are Irvine Paciific sales reps really arrogant and snooty? I thought it was just one bad seed but wifey and I have been searching for over a year now and have had several bad experiences with their customer service. Someone needs to give them some honest feedback. Terrible!! >

@dealcatcher
Do you mind explaining what happened?
I'd be here all day if I told you every incident I've had with them but to give you a couple of examples:
-Male salesman at Santa Maria in Stonegate was extremely rude to my mother and father in law that are close to retiring. They're in the market to buy a house and my mother asked him how much Mello Roose and HOA were and his response was to
"read the brochure, everything is listed in there." Ridic!
Mother-in-law then mentioned that she's selling one of her rental homes and was just curious whether she'd have to pay taxes if she transfered it into a condo at their community. His response was
"I don't know why you're asking me. That's a personal decision. Go ask a tax expert." Even if it was beyond his realm of expertise, he didn't have to respond that way. Totally unacceptable.
-This past Sunday, I brought my grandma into Cambria at Stonegate and the saleslady was a bit arrogant. It was more about her delivery then what she actually said that put us off. My grandma asked when the next phase would be available. The lady responded with
"July. The first phase sold within 10 mins (arrogant snooty tone). You need to get on our waiting list. It's really long, full of serious buyers so you want to get on it as soon as possible. With how much interest we've received in the property, I can't guarantee when one would be available for you."
These are just two of the many arrogant/rude/snooty experiences, I've had with Irvine Pacific reps. Like I said, we've been shopping around for over a year and have never had these experiences at any of the other builders (William Lyon Homes, New Home, KB, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison, etc.)
