CEMETARY at the great park! Whoa...def bad luck for Chinese. I wonder how close thats going to be to Pavilion Park homes...? Hmmm...could this lead to the great exodus for South Irvine?

New community park always comes with new elementary school, at least that's the way  for Woodbury, Stonegate and Cypress Village.

I thought Lomas Valley Park and Silverado Park were the community parks.

No. Those are private parks. Community Parks are City owned and operated and are for the public.

Oh... capital 'C' Community Park... not as park for the community.

BTW: I believe most of the parks (even the "private" ones) are maintained by City of Irvine and the HOA.

not so close to PP homes.. but it will be close to some GP homes.. although they haven't set in stone where it's going to be located.  Hopefully, if it does happen, it will be in a nice spot that is very central away from the residences and schools.
