Anyone know what they’re doing with the land across the street from GP on Irvine Blvd & Lynx?
I saw a bunch of bigger planters there

that area and the area next to it is being planned for more housing last I heard.
I drove by the Toll Brothers site today and there were a lot of people there looking at the site
Will they have the high mello-roos rate like other Great Park neighborhoods?Starting Prices up on the web.
- Single-Family Homes
- starting at The $3,200,000s
I think so. But you can call builder to confirm…Will they have the high mello-roos rate like other Great Park neighborhoods?
Talking with Toll Brothers sales reps they have not announced the exact mello-roos amount yet. But will most likely follow standard Great Park tax amounts. With mello-roos being based off of square footage and not price, a 3,500 sqft home should be right around $11,000 a year in mello-roos.Will they have the high mello-roos rate like other Great Park neighborhoods?
I always wonder, living in the hill makes grocery shopping a 25+ min drive one way, is it really worth it?These are the $4M cheap seats. The better location is further up the hill.
If he was talking about PS, then it's only an extra 5 minutes drive, even less, but if you're talking about generally, then I would say it's probably only worth it if you're retired.I always wonder, living in the hill makes grocery shopping a 25+ min drive one way, is it really worth it?
Man - I get it… rich people buy poor people’s life time to enjoy theirs…That's what Amazon Fresh and Instacart are for.
It creates jobs, though...Man - I get it… rich people buy poor people’s life time to enjoy theirs…
And it is all part of the blue pill… Neo… knock knock knock …It creates jobs, though...
Woodbury Town Center with Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s aren’t 25 min away.I always wonder, living in the hill makes grocery shopping a 25+ min drive one way, is it really worth it?
