Irvine Apartment Rentals

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
CK - have you been in any of the Turtle Rock Canyon apartments? We toured a few units and found them to be dirty and the appliances were old, dirty and scratched. It really turned me off.

<p>CalGal --- I think they have just finished remodeling Turtle Rock Canyon, the one we saw was all new inside with the granite countertops, new appliances, cabinets, paint, etc. Looked really nice. Actually, looked exactly the same as the "newly remodeled" one we live in right now --- they must remodel them all the same. </p>

<p>I also really like Turtle Ridge, and would go there is a minute, except that they don't offer any 3 bed...:(</p>

I rented the 3bd model in Turtle Rock Canyon about 6-8 years ago. I thought it was a great unit since it was so similar to a townhome. There was a 1/2 bath downstairs and a 2 car side by side garage. There was also a little patio. I don't remember much about the appliances but it is an older complex. From the pictures on <a href="http://www.rental-living.com/Communities/Turtle-Rock-Canyon/" target="_blank">www.rental-living.com/Communities/Turtle-Rock-Canyon/</a>, it seems like they may have upgraded the units. Great area too :)

I live in IAC at Woodbury Lane. Rent is $1885 for two bedroom. This is my third unit it with IAC. I find Woodbury is the best deals due to incentives. I had moved in with a incentive. I wanted to upgrade from 1 to a 2 and I was told I woud have to pay back incentive. I then went around the corner to the new one with an incentive. They must have called my current complex because the manager then called me. With all the new properties in this area I see a lot of move outs. Everyone in my unit has moved out. You can also negoiate the amount they raise. I know a friend who got it down to $10. I really love how I can use all the pools and extras in the community the homeowners pay $400 to use. I know I could go private but I have to say IAC is worth the money. The maintenance is superior to any other company. I have more upgrades then most of my townhouse neighbors.

<p>I have a small dog and it makes it very difficult to find an apartment to move out..</p>

<p>I am currently living in a condo and I am looking to move out in August..</p>

<p>Budget: 1 bed 1 bath around $1300 (prefer with Washer/Dryer)</p>

<p>Is it impossible to find a place that allow dog nowadays? My dog never barks!</p>

<p>I know that Oak Glen accept pet but I have also heard that they make it very difficult to refund the deposit once you leave.</p>

<p>Please help.</p>

<p>Most IAC properties allow dogs, but they charge you per month and require greater deposits. I'm sure it is a money-maker for them.</p>

<p>A 1/1 for $1300 through IAC sounds tough.</p>
