I took the plunge and not in Irvine

Thanks for all the positive responses. We truly feel that we are on vacation at a resort. Actually the bottom floor has a wine cellar which is not pictured. The four car garage is because the left garage goes back about 25 feet. If anybody is interested in the builder I know that because of our thriving economy he is available if you are in the market for a fixer upper or you have a lot in mind or a redo of a bathroom or whatever. The builder has impeccable taste and has been out to our house several times fine tuning everything. He really stands behind his work. Best wishes to all in your home searches.

Is your yard facing a retaining wall? Or the living level lives off a deck with no yard and the yard is at the back of the garage level?
