i am a buyer MY REALTOR AGENT DOES NOT WANT TO COOPERATE. HELP!

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Seriously, this is the best advice: don't sign any agreement with a real estate salesman unless you trust them.

We here have come to trust "IrvineRealtor" a great deal, and if you are shopping in Irvine, you might consider employing him.

As for your current real estate salesman, it sounds like you do not trust him or her, and should fire them. Explain to the office manager that you are not happy with their performance, and want the agreement you signed cancelled. you may have to agree not to purchase any houses that they have previously shown you.

Pshhh! I don't know about that. He told me he wasn't any good with sod, but I have heard otherwise from a very reliable source.

I kind of like "Custom Estate" better than the boring "awgee".

Me thinks you have a new name. Or better yet we could call you CE for short. ;-)

LOL enjoy!

Yeah, but Custom Estate appeals to my pride, arrogance, and vanity. Traits of which I I have too much already and need no encouragement. Awgee at least reminds me to be humble, even with limited success.
