[quote author="IACRenter" date=1209214090]I too have been looking at SFR in Tustin Ranch--they look much nicer than West Irvine and the schools seem pretty good. I also like some of the homes in North Park but the lots seem too small for the price and house size.

Anyone else have thoughts on comparisons between North Park with Tustin Ranch?</blockquote>
imho, North Park is a little bit better than Tustin Ranch but not that much different. Schools around Tustin Ranch is pretty good but of course Irvine is irvine. People willing to pay extra money for their kids go to IUSD.

Let me do a little poll for you between north park vs tustin ranch.

I thought North Park was Tustin School District not IUSD. So in NP you pay for Irvine zip code/location but not the Irvine schools.

NP is TUSD, White Trash should change his handle to Dumb White Trash... NP kids go to Hicks Canyon, then Pioneer, then Beckman. In TRanch it will be XX elementary, the Pioneer, then Beckman.

The lots in newer TRanch for the most part are quite small as well. El Dorado, which is right above Peters Canyon, as a general rule has tiny lots. Sedona, which is across from Cedar Grove Park, the same small lots. Columbia, which is the development bordered by Jambo, TRanch Road, and Portola, actually has some decent lot sizes.

I had never even heard of someone being gullible enough to do this until I moved to California.
