Nope. Well many people on TI said to buy when the nationwide data show weak sales.
It all comes down to this: did the housing market out perform the stock market?

I don't like face recog thingy.

The new computer that I got has it. (Mentioned in the deal thread.) Its so convenient that I don?t have to type in the password. I just look at the laptop camera.

Is housing getting stronger?

I've been selling out of the money puts on Zillow and Redfin the past 6 weeks with very good success and was more than fine going long and any dips.
