Have any links for that?  I have not heard anything about that but would be stoked if they did.  I am currently taking either that Irvine Blvd to Bake route or the Toll route multiple times a week

I can't find it on a quick google, but if I recall it is in the disclosures for all the PS constructions.

Confirming Nous's statement. It is in the PS disclosures and it shows up as a dotted line marked "future construction." I hope they decide to follow through with the plan.

It isn't an if, it's a when.  They will do it, could be a year could be a few decades.
