<p>Working on the car at the track sucks. Working on the car at home is a lot of fun. For me anyway. I suspect my wife would perfer that I play more poker and work on the car less after we discussed the parts bill from last month.</p>
 
33 Streamwood sold at the foreclosure auction for $217k, not back to the bank, but someone bought it. I'm thinking the rent on it would be any where from $1200 to $1500, or a GRM of 180 to 145.
