Hidden Canyon in Irvine

Hidden Canyon info is up in VOI.

It's interesting they moved Stonegate to the bottom of the list.  Cypress Village is first for obvious reasons (best location).  Hidden Canyon is the second best location but also the newest community.

Why is Cypress Village the best location?!  It's next to the 5...am I missing something?  I think it's alphabetical order.

Went on my tour of the Marbella models today. Liked the Avalon model but none on a view lot in phase 1.

Santa Monica model. Dual staircase seems like a waste to me but it's a very grand entry. Best exterior style and finishes of the 3!

Cassis model. I prefer the curved stairs in the other models but the great room in this one was huge. Not sure why you need two islands either.

Thanks for the pics, I might stop by tomorrow if time permits, got a call from them for a walk thru. 

Love the staircases, the curved one is a bit much, but that's gonna be some entrance.

I was really looking forward to this project, but now it seems like some kind of joke.  The homes look no different than any of the largest ones you find in Woodbury.

And is that some kind of midget staircase?  This is a 2 million dollar staircase!

You guys have high expectations.  It's $2m in OC,  if you want something like that, you need to cough up more than $2m.

Lot 178 for $2,399,995 seems like a good deal, its $250k less than the other Manhattan, lot size seems ok, maybe it didn't have the lot premium?

It was always Irvine Company, they just didn't build it like they did at Laguna Altura. There was an assumption they would until someone here mentioned that the project was given to Toll Brothers.

I wonder if it wasn't a VOC, it would have 3cwg.

Oh wow.  Just looked at the floorpans again for Capri and am I looking at it correctly?  There's no third car option for any of the floorplans?
