NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Well I don't want to catch myself a lady, but I see your point. I joined a hiking club last week and had a great time on my first hike. Met some great people, and got a great workout in too. Two hours went by in a flash, chatting the whole time.

Eva,

Your memory is like an elephant. I also remember one of your posts that criminal activity does not occurs on curvilinear street. That is so true. I have never seen any robot on a curve street. The robots are always on a really straight boulevard. One of the reason perhaps is to see the cop’s headlights from miles away.

Ok since we all have ADD and going off topic is the norm did you guys see this?

Irvine fire causes $600,000 in damages

Family displaced after Sunday blaze burns their home, authorities say.

By SALVADOR HERNANDEZ

The Orange County Register

IRVINE – A family was displaced from their home Sunday afternoon after a fire spread from their garage to the rest of their home, authorities said.

About $600,000 worth of damage was caused by the fire, said Capt. Steve Miller of the Orange County Fire Authority. The cause of the fire is still unknown but it seemed to have ignited in the garage.

Authorities received a call at 1:37 p.m. about a fire at 50 Sconset Lane, a two-story attached home.

Family members were home when the fire broke out, Miller said, but they were able to exit the home before the fire spread.

The fire appears to have started in the garage before extending to the second floor of the home. When firefighters arrived, flames were jutting out of the windows, Miller said.

No one was injured in the fire and firefighters were able to extinguish the flames within 20 minutes, Miller said.

The flames caused $350,000 worth of damages to the structure and $250,000 worth of damages to the contents of the home.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Mmmm interesting it is under investigation. It would have anything to do with the neighbor's house being owned by the bank would it?

I'm sure the Irvine F.D. is well aware of the financial plight of some homeowners.....and their arson investigators are ready.

Yep that's the one and it went back to the bank today for $646k when the NTS amount was $665k.

208 Tall Oak went back to the bank too. Wasn't that an IR profile too?

This thread just took a bizarre twist...

The thing about CL is that the anonymity encourages people to reveal preferences that they would never talk about in real life. It's an interesting glimpse into what goes on inside the singles' mind. Though I'll have to admit that there's a selection bias -- The people on CL are there because they can't find what they're looking for elsewhere. It's understandable that everyone seems picky. If they weren't so picky, they wouldn't be on there in the first place.

As for me looking on CL vs Real Life, I'm not an easy match. The amount of time involved in panning the creek for gold isn't worth the amount of gold that I've found. I guess I'm one of those picky folks as well.

Eva, to whom do you refer?

I was talking about you. I thought I ran you off - at least for the evening.

I'm swamped at work right now. Doing work in the morning when I first get up, putting in a full day, and still doing work in the evening. When I'm waiting for a search, or just letting theories perc in the back of my mind, I refresh this page to see what's up. Usually, you're pretty talkative.

I am confused as to why the sprinklers didn't help. Surely they have them.
