Indeed. Whats up with the carpet. Doesnt show well for a house well over 1M.

Harmony plan 1 on refin, decent floorplan, though the 1st floor masters is not ideal for most. Looks like this lot is at or near a t-section. So 4 bedrooms, a big loft, and a formal dining room, that's pretty good for 3300 sq ft.

ouch, sold at $361/sq ft, t-section, 1st floor masters, cemetery is a bad triple combo. Originally listed at $1,422,460 by Khov own agent on MLS in 1/2015, relisted by another agent 3/2015, a series of haircuts resulted in the $200k price reduction. I wonder if the landscaping was ever done before it sold.
