Give An Offer To Short Sale Home In Irvine

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
"The asking price for the home was 545K and we our agent suggested us to give the full price offer, as the house already has the couple of offers."

Does a realtor have to provide proof for statements like these, or can they essentially make it up?

That sentence immediately makes me think the realtor is out for their commission, but if they can produce proof that other offers are made then all the power to them.

Most realtors say whatever they wish in order to get their commission, whether it is ethical or not. They do not have to provide proof of anything. Realtors lie. And they lie alot.

And by most realtors I mean about 98%.

Hi DealRep,

Let me focus on yr main question about the schools. Both the schools are very good. Actually Venado is the best middle school in irvine. My son is graduatating this month from Venado. DeerField is a very good elementary school. Deerfield is one of the 6 elementary schools in Irvine which offers APAAS ( Accelerated program for gifted and talented. Different from GATE). Yr kids can walk to school till they go to high school. You can't beat that deal specially when both parents are working. The only other area in Irvine which provides that is Northwood Pointe. Great choice and a good decision.
