I wish Laguna Altura had a card system to allow residents/owners access to the community through a sidewalk locked gate. The whole community should be fenced. Right now, any Tom, Dick and Harry can simply walk or ride a bicycle into the community, commit a crime, walk/ride right out with a get-away car parked somewhere near Lake Forest Dr.!

Those are abominations of nature and should be burned to the ground.

Seriously... if that's what the owner wants to use it for, that's fine, at least that configuration gives them the option.

It's just like in Westpark II, there was a builder option to turn the 3rd car space into a den or bedroom. That's how they should be presented, so those who want a 3-car garage can have it, and those who don't and prefer more living space can have that too.

Technically, Glenhaven is a 3CLG. One of the reasons why I like 3CWG houses is because of the wider footprint.

Went to an Open House the other day and they turned the whole garage (only a 2CWG) into a playroom.
 
Windstream and Canyon Creek are two small neighborhoods in Northwood (just south of Northwood Pointe, by the Hicks Canyon Trail) are also gated (unmanned).
