That's my thinking too. I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility for TNHC to be building Mendocinos for IPac. It would just be a fee job for them. They would prob run the construction management, hire subs, etc. Lambert Ranch probably pissed off TIC so this may be TNHC's way of getting back into good graces. Totally guessing here, so C300, if you have any "proof" - please share!
P.S. I called Mendocino to ask. Naturally, no one at the office claimed to know. They were unable to confirm or deny.

Not true.
What do you mean by "Not True"?
he is saying the new home company does not build mendocino, irvine pacific does. i think the last project in irvine by the the new home company was lambert ranch.
I see, but The New Home company is in fact building Mendocino homes for Irvine Pacific.

This just doesn't make any sense. Since I can't prove a negative, and in fact all the evidence that I've seen is that IP is building Mendocino, do you have evidence that TNHC is in fact building Mendocino. So, those buyers get a TNHC home with an IP price? Who warrantys the home? Is TNHC doing it on the sly and not mentioning anything about it on their home page? So much of this just doesn't make any sense.
