Free Lunch Wednesdays

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
[quote author="IrvineRealtor" date=1211432949]Thanks to all of you who stopped by today. Especially all 6 of you who signed in as "skek." Good plan. Well-executed. Now I will still never know who you really are.</blockquote>

Very nice! I am glad I am not the only one who thought of that. Well, I did put down his real email, so he can expect some nice IR2 spam in the next few days.

Damn.... I missed my "free lunch"! So, IR2... what was served? How was the turn out?

Hey, shouldn't this be posted under the "Dining" thread?! :coolsmirk: LOL!

I was serving Roula's salad. I signed in at her open house as skek, too, and brought it to mine.

Nice move! No wonder you had so much traffic. Word spreads fast as to where the good food is at. I signed as skek at Agahi's, Mike Dunn's, and Jeff Jones' previews too. Next week I should have him signed up with Rosemary Kral, Ryan Kashanchi, and Mac MacKenzie.

Note to self: Never use your work email to sign into blogs and/or forums.

Stop in. Ask questions. Eat everything.

1912 Park Skyline looks like a must see, regardless of food. BK, are you busy that day? Bring that feng shui meter thing, you're gonna need it.

Now, 12830 Stevens Dr is an abomination of Realtor speak. My gawd this is awful.

"Gorgeous 4 bd plus huge bonus rm in lovely gated Alicante cmmty!! Turnkey & highly upgraded, this home has numerous excellent features & upgrades: rich & warm hardwood flooring!! Gourmet granite kitch w/re-modeled center isle that has extra added seating & storage!! Cust pot rack!! Blt-in wine cooler!! Lge breakfast nook!! Upgraded 5 burner gas cooktop!! Double ovens!! Step down formal living & dining rooms!! Soaring ceilings!! Cust plantation shutters!!Newer chandelier in dr!! Separate family rm w/romantic fireplace!! Optional bd/den on the first floor with cust built-in wall unit & desk!! Main floor bath w/shower!! Extensive use of beautiful crown moulding!! Jack & jill bedrooms!!Ielegant master suite w/attached bath & oversized walk-in closet!! Cust painted interior!! Newer paint on exterior!! Lushly landscaped yard w/ palm trees, gas fire pit, sparkling jacuzzi, fabulous hardscape & plenty of grassy area!! 3 car att gar!! Long driveway! Walk to highly rated schools, parks & golf!!"

I have to go here first as I need to check out the cust pot rack, and hopefully I will be really hungry after that. Obviously Julie here checked it out right before she typed this. Just watch out, too much time staring at the sparkles in the jacuzzi and you might end up with fabulous hardscape.

Is it really any wonder why we make fun of them?

Sorry Graph. I can't make it tomorrow. The house was featured in Asian Allure I would think it is feng shui correctly. Look for the toilets and burners.

[quote author="Daedalus" date=1211373063][quote author="biscuitninja" date=1211349219]Hey, never mention free lunches to engineers, we will chew our way though our cubicals to get there!

</blockquote>

I could never understand the willingness to trade an hour of leisure time for a free lunch. That's prime IHB time! Give me a charge number and I'll be there with my brown bag. 2 slices of pizza and a soda do not impress me.</blockquote>

I hate those meetings where the bribe food is pizza. I try and hold out for the shish ka-bobs.

It is not suprising that I have a price. It <strong>IS</strong> surprising just how cheap my price is. Where is the pizza?

I'm going to visit Shadywood in NW Pointe. No food, but how often do you find a condo with a 6000sf lot!

Well done, IR2. You've done and got me trained after . . . what, only two weeks? I was thinking about this last night and was going to ask when you were going to post the sheets. Pavlov's Rover, indeed.

Pavlov for lunch is much nicer than Skinner for dinner. "Don't tase me, bro."

Great list!

No listing in Tustin even provides refreshments? Even a PEI WEI LUNCH is happening tomorrow in Irvine. Seee..... just one more reason Irvine is special. Unlimited optimisim and refreshments sold here!

;-)

[quote author="EvaLSeraphim" date=1213181907]I think Mike Dunn must be a secret BK Shopr fan, as he mentioned "positive Feng-Shui" for his listing. :-)</blockquote>

I think BK should go test Mike's feng shui assessing ability. If he fails, we can all go give him crap the next time he mentions it. I heard IR2 will personally take us there to introduce us and eat his food too.

Let's see if we can have feedback from anybody that goes to any of these this week.

Rate the food, rate the property, or both. Other suggestions?
