the lowest i could get was about $600 per year. i selected coverage of 450K (read somewhere they will cover the assessed value not market value), deductible of 15% with no other coverage (loss of use, personal property inside the house). how were you able to get the $150/year premium? do you use safeco for other insurance as well where you got a bundle discount?

I also selected a coverage of $450K with 15% deductible, personal property coverage limit of 5K, loss of use coverage limit $1500. Was quoted $155 per year!
