This will pressure The Irvine Company to diversify its limited architectural palette and copy what the Greatpark is doing. The Mediterranean box has been successful but will limit the audience. It's inevitable that the Irvine Villages will follow trend and prototype some extreme modernism to compete with the Greatpark.

Does anyone know if these are zero lot line properties? The floor plan for 1 and 3 seem to indicate that they are. There are no windows on one side of the house and you can't seem to access that portion from the ground floor because of the wall/fence.

Inspiration was built in 1919. Entire structure was constructed of tilt-up concrete. The walls were formed on the ground then bolted in place. The arch within a modern composition depict this early California modernism.
