You know how USC always talks about how a product sells out of the gate from a builder determines its resale success? These two tracts are the classic cases. Richmond America had a REALLY hard time moving these Manzanitas (detached condo) while Brookfield had no probs selling their duplexes (pair homes) right next to it. Not sure why, but probably b/c the Manzanitas are ugly AF with meh floorplans and meh construction.
Damn. That sucks. They bought for $818 in early ?16 and trying to dump it at $888. Hardly no money made at all. Talk about poor investing in Irvine.
