Back on topic yet again, anyone know what they're planning to build out here in red.  Noticed that the million dollar homes gets to be closer to Eastwood school and parks.  So my guess would be they wouldn't be million dollar homes?

There will have 4 products.

One is Piedmont extension, one is Belevedere but buid by Richmond American instead of IP, one is Morro by The New Home Co. and the 4th one is Beverly by Brookfield.

edit:  I'm looking for a poker game like this in Irvine with them mainlanders.  If anybody finds one like this, let me know.  >:D

Just a heads up, do not play against a Polish real estate agent/CPA/race car driver.  He's a real hustler.  :)

When did BB become so sensationalist?

He's changed his screen name so many times but wasn't this the guy with a girlfriend who bought a condo, did some small DIY renos and gave away his stuff?

Where is that IrvineDream Google doc?

Another name change..

The name changes, but the persona and writing style are unmistakable.

You heard it here first...

If Petaluma continues to sell well, they'll do a third round over there.  Remember they did 3 builds of San Mateo in Stonegate.

Inc, you are da man!  That's exactly what I was lookin' for.  Did you steal this from TIC?

BTW, a lot of my friends and family are always wondering if they're going to raze the trailer trash homes across.  Perhaps, TIC or the city will cut a deal to all of them to relocate and move them outta this city or pay above FMV for their homes.  They could then easily, in the year 2025 charge $950k+ for attached condos and $1.10 million for detached Petalumas...$1.7m for Belvederes.  Avalons could be $800k+.  Oh the madness!  ;D ;D  Bieber Belieber it.

Another idea: good place for low income housing. Maybe put a rehab place there also.

Some of that "trailer trash" has sold for more than those condos that sit between Irvine/Yale and Eastwood and they are on the same side as Eastwood....... hop the fence and boom........... you are in Eastwood.

No one seems concerned about those places. At least one registered sex offender occupies one of those condos.

I like R2D insights. She makes a great point.

Zoom out on the map. Look how close this guy is to Eastwood. Looks like there is a walking path out of that old condo complex that exits immediately next to Eastwood and a walkable entrance into Eastwood right near what looks like a pocket park near Petaluma. Bet there are way more people you should be worried about living in those condos than the "eyesore" trailer park across the street.

That trailer park has been there years and has a whole lot of amenities. The owners got together, had a special assessment to buy the land so they have no space rent. They ain't going anywhere.

BTW, if you were over 55 would have been a great "investment" buying in 2012 in this place, better percentage wise than regular houses.
