Seriously...the risk posed by cell phone towers and power lines are insanely tiny that any attempts to attribute cancer to them would be ridiculous.
People who live in Denver have a slightly higher risk of cancer because they live at a higher elevation. If you fly for business, you are more inclined to get cancer. All those risks are much more than what cell phone towers and power lines pose but still minute in general.
Cosmic rays are much more likely to contribute to cancer but there is nothing you can do about it, they go through everything.
