Oh ok.  That changes things.  I do see quite a bit of drug dealers and friends hanging out in Doria @ SG, Woodbury Walk and the Arbors @WB.

So drug dealers at the TIC developments sell to the drug junkies at the 5P developments.

I see drive way at Spring house!  That's a huge plus!

I chose CV because of convenience to the schools and freeways. 

Your friend just need to make a T-chart and see which one carries more advantages for their household needs.

Seems like CV will have more amenities built into the community and hop/skip over to the 5 freeway.

1) Driveway
2) neighborhood feel
3) A certain Simpson character moved in my old neighborhood.
