I'd buy there under the following conditions:

1) If the state put a new UC or CSU campus in the city

2) Ranch 99

3) More rail

4) Insurance for airplane falling out of the sky (on to you or your property)</blockquote>

haha Ranch 99, that would be good, but Ranch 99 is mostly good for EWB. I cant cook Chinese or Taiwanese, so I need to bring A&J;cafe, maybe KAJU and AY CHUNG too, haha

I mentioned this in another thread but Ill paraphrase here. My GF and I just visited this new complex a couple exits from Dos Lagos (Nice place btw) and we saw 3200 sq. foot places brand new for 360k. We also saw 4800sq foot houses for 679k in a gated community with 150 HOA fees right across from a planned park. There are a lot of vacancies in the neighborhood from what I have heard and saw.

We lived in the Chino Hills area before we moved to the OC.

You must ask yourself what price is three or four hours of your day lost in the car on a commute worth for the rest of your life?

If you work a flexable shift deal and can stand the drive, go for it. I can't do it because I sleep less and less sleep makes no_vaseline a grumpy boy. Like Tanta on steroids.
