I think we all wear masks. You can't go anywhere unless you're masked these days. Sure, there are some who don't wear, but I think most TI people wear them.
Example 1, popular restaurant has converted large portion of their parking lot to patio dining, replete with heavy plastic coated tent enclosed on three sides (if not all four), heaters etc. basically a heated indoor space with no ventilation.
Example 2. The garden center near the restaurant above, picking up garden supplies in the open air nursery section.
Example 3. Enjoying a stroll at a popular nature destination. I.e. the popular trails in The Silverado area.
Example 4: a run or exercise bike along a neighborhood multiuse trail.
Example 5: the evening dog walk through the suburban neighborhood.
Maybe #5 depends on housing density. Is an apartment hood, different than a hood of the 2500 sf lots , versus the hood of 4500 sf lots, or older areas with 4 or less per acre.?
