Actually, that house is in an HOA area...its 46 / month.

Not interested at this point in renting. We looked at Westpark / Tustin as well.

Realtor said HOA is there...we saw the pool, down the road...not sure about the school though.

Northwood we are re-visiting today. We found a few homes out there...

South central Irvine homes have the biggest yards and single stories.

I hear SouthCentral is dangerous.

If you like the Northwood area... that's where I would start considering the price point and size of home your are looking for.

(not sure if this was you but it's $800k and family of 6?)

Yes, extremely. 30 hoses were kidnapped last year. All new homes no longer have bibs on the outside.
