I see "Golf Village"
Is there a golf course coming in the planning?

I think all those plans got scrapped. They are having to revise the Tustin Legacy planning.

test - do you know if moffett will connect into the legacy?  wondering if that street will become a noisy artery

Absolutely.  However it is a small street only 2 lanes (1 in each direction).  By comparison Warner which also goes into TL is 4 lanes (2 in each direction).

i really am liking TF2 more and more.  it doesnt have the insane MR like VoC, is just far enough from train track and buffered by TR1, and has large homes with wider streets.

we went at various times throughout the day today to get a feel for noise from jamboree for those houses backing jamboree and waited to hear the train noise.  we definitely heard the whistle but the earth wasnt shaking under us.  with the noise reduction, the whistle shouldnt be a problem.

TF2 is the best location east of Jamboree.  It is away from the train tracks to the north and away from the garbage dump to the south.  Once the quiet zone goes into effect you won't hear the train at all.
