Turnout was great.

Place was packed when I got there.

I stayed for an hour and people were still pouring in



Purchased my book from Zovall?s wife.

She along with IR?s wife were extremely nice and friendly.

There were a number of people waiting in line beside me to have their book signed and speak with IR.

He managed to get to all of us.



Quite a few people came up and asked me if I was Ipop.

After IR finished signing my book, the guy behind me asked if I worked at Lehman.

The entire group around us started laughing including me.

Great event!
 
Congratulations, IR. It was a privilege meeting you in person. Thank you for keeping us from making disastrous financial decisions. The party was a blast and we enjoyed the positive energy in the room and meeting all of you!

Nice to have finally met so much of the crew. My honey-do list is longer as a result of the extended hall pass, but it was well worth it!

That was a real let down.

Besides meeting IR one of the main reasons I showed up was to meet you.

There was an ?older? gentleman present that I mistakenly thought was you.

He asked the waitress about a senior discount when she took my drink order.

She was nice and pointed many of the forum members out to me.

The place was a zoo.

I was there for over an hour and worked the room quite a bit.

Every conversation I entered into centered around housing.

Eventually, I became bored and pulled the chute.

The blonde hostess at the front informed me when I entered JT Schmidt's that the GQ Top Male of OC party wasn?t until next Thursday.

Told her I?d be back next week to collect my award for that, but tonight I'm here for the book signing.
