I heard some are designated as a national park registered at the Department of Interior. However all sound to be limited access for the regular able persons and no access for ADA individuals. Is there a place for the handicap drivers to park at a designated area and access to some area with a ramp less than a 8% gradient?

is this serious?  none are national parks, of course.  and even if they were, NPs don't have to be ADA compliant, of course, except for areas serving the general public with services (and even then, iirc there is an exception for historical bldgs).

some of these irvine ranchlands do have fire roads running through them, and so are potentially wheelchair accessible, depending on the chair.

"national natural landmark" is quite different than a national park.

and i cannot find any website that claims " As a national park handicap access must be available."  Do you have a link?

last link is for state and local, not national, parks:
There is an important concept in determining the length to which an entity must go for ADA compliance. This concept, undue burden, is discussed in this paper.
