Coastal Mountains to the Sea

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
What a legacy. Living close to the natural scenic beauty is totally worth a million bucks. I heard just on the backside of the serene Irvine Ranch and majestic mountains are the poophole of Corona and Lake Elsinore.

Who is the publisher? Gotta congratulate the publisher for printing such a fine book and to immortalize the beautiful land we live in. I will order 20 copies just in time for X'mas gifts and send them to my loser relatives still living in the hoods.

they have this book in many of the new communities and we flipped through it.  i was amazed that i hadnt seen as much of irvine as i thought had.

I think the scenic locations are off limit to the public. We can only see them by appointment with a docent at a specific time only mostly during the weekdays. I may have to call in sick and do a tour.

How can scenic locations that are off limits be called "open space"?  Isn't that "closed space"?  I wish open space were exactly that, space that's open to the public, not closed off and roped off without access.

If it were open to the public, we'd ruin it and throw trash all around.

Marketing baby. TIC is the best. I have learned a lot.

Irvine makes people closer to their families. Over paying on a house by $250,000 is okay if you have a 70% chance of going to a mid-tier school. $725,000 to live on a motorcourt isn't that bad.

Nice pitch on the hardbound brochure. The places featured in the book we can't get to by car or an easy hike. The canyons are way out there by Yorba Linda and the back side of Corona. The terrain is really steep. I did not know Irvine is next to Yorba Linda and borders Corona. Do we really actually see all the natural wonders from the city? Has anyone seen them?

The safety may be a bigger draw than the schools therefore the higher price is worth it.

"Fulfilling the vision of the "Irvine Ranch master plan" has been a lifetime dedication and a lifetime passion," he said.

Those are some powerful words from Donald Bren. Whatever your calling or vision is, making it a lifetime dedication and lifetime passion. I wish i can say the same thing when am 70 years old and looking back at my life.

Yes, actually, I've seen each one.  Each of them has their own unique charms.    Some are accessible on longer hikes, others with mountain bikes.

What if I don't do mountain biking and long hike would damage my Gucci sneakers and torch shield? Is there an easier and less painful way to access the Irvine wonders?

I heard some are designated as a national park registered at the Department of Interior. However all sound to be limited access for the regular able persons and no access for ADA individuals. Is there a place for the handicap drivers to park at a designated area and access to some area with a ramp less than a 8% gradient?
