Thanks, PS9!  Was looking at the documents a couple of days ago - it has about 120 pages of good information on Orchard Hills.  However, it looks like the files have been de-linked.  Does anyone know the latest web link to these files, or has a copy of the documents (if so, could you post on Talkirvine?)
