I've never had my car searched and/or placed on a curb by police. That does not sound good. I would be pretty pissed off if this happened to me. I would guess they asked for your consent to search the vehicle and you gave it. If I were not in a rush--I would probably say NO and wait an extra couple hours for them to get a canine unit to sniff from the outside or try get a warrant.

I'm pretty sure that some of the low-melanin guys I ball with have been pulled over without probable cause because I recall us talking about IPD and possible race profiling and one or more of them said that they have been stopped. That may not be a good example because like the pants on the ground guys, some of them look a bit sketchy.

Plus... I'm white.

(I kid... just wanted to keep the investigators guessing)

I wish I could rename this thread to "Tell us about your run-ins with the Popo".
