Real Housewives star Joanna Krupa 'may lose her house at auction' after 'owing a fortune in mortgage payments'

She might live in a grand Encino home in the state of California, but Real Housewives Of Miami star, Joanna Krupa, might be about to lose it all.

The 34-year-old has reportedly run into financial trouble and according to TMZ, her home is reportedly now at risk because she 'owes a fortune in back mortgage'.

A bank has filed foreclosure documents, which TMZ claim to have obtained, which notify her that her home is 'going up for auction, because she's failed to pay nearly $725,000 she owes.'

This one is a lot more serious than just losing their house.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice have learned that cheaters never prosper, pleading guilty to multiple fraud charges in Newark Federal Court on Tuesday, March 4, reports Us Weekly.

Initially indicted on a total of 41 criminal counts last year, Teresa pled guilty to four counts including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud, while Joe pled guilty to the same counts as his wife, plus one count of failure to file tax returns, as part of a plea deal, according to TMZ.

The couple, parents to four girls under the age of 14, could be looking at serious jail time for their crimes. Despite the fact that Joe faces a potential sentence of 37 to 46 months in jail, with Teresa facing 21 to 27 months, the couple appeared "composed," according to NJ.com.

I would probably say that they get like 6 months in jail and 5 years probation.  They wouldn't have pled guilty unless they got a deal.

Judge rules against Burt Reynolds on foreclosure of his 12,500 square foot Florida home

A judge has turned down actor Burt Reynolds' request to throw out a foreclosure on his Florida home.

A Martin County judge ruled in favor of Bank of America on Tuesday, allowing the foreclosure lawsuit to proceed.

Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers reports Merrill Lynch Credit Corp., which is now Bank of America, filed the litigation in 2011 after Reynolds allegedly fell behind on mortgage payments on his waterfront Hobe Sound home known as Valhalla.

Actress Mischa Barton Facing Foreclosure in Beverly Hills

Buying in the O.C. might have been cheaper.

Actress Mischa Barton?s Beverly Hills villa is in default. Despite several attempts to sell or rent it out, Barton?s now $100,000 behind on mortgage payments, according to property records.

As first reported by TMZ, the former ?O.C.? star got in too deep on the 8-bedroom, 11-bath estate she bought in 2005. She paid $6.4 million for the mansion near the height of the real estate bubble ? and also near the height of her fame.

The British actress rose to stardom in films such as ?Notting Hill? and ?The Sixth Sense? and then won Teen Choice Awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006 for her role on the TV drama ?The O.C.?

Since then, her career has taken a tumble, and 2670 Bowmont Dr quickly became out of her reach. She listed it in 2010 for $8.695 million, leaving it on the market for about a year. Then she listed it for rent for $35,000 a month, but when that was unsuccessful, she listed it for sale again, still at $8.695 million.

The 7,607-square-foot Spanish-style home is gated, with views of Catalina Island. It has a glamorous formal dining room, a huge master suite with a fireplace and a beautiful entry with a marble staircase. The property includes a nearly 3,000-square-foot guesthouse, a pool and spa, and private decks.

The listing is held by Joe Babajian of Rodeo Realty.
