I don't understand why people play so much for cupcakes from these places. Y'all know a box of Duncan Hines is only $1.89, right? It'll make a dozen! They are so much fluffier and more moist than Casey's. Seriously. I'm so glad I didn't pay anything for the box of these. (No, I didn't swipe them. A nice man sent me a complimentary box to my table while I was dining down there one night. A nice gesture regardless.)

Only way Counter stays is because they lucked out and signed a very long term lease. Otherwise their rent would have doubled or tripled by now.
