Calling anyone with good investment tips, ideas, and wise advice period...

I'm thinking Ten's the one in the background.

Also, it appears this crew has taken GITOC's advice and recently threaded their eyebrows....one a bit too much.

[quote author="tenmagnet" date=1216424083][quote author="stepping_up" date=1216423353]Come on Ten, aren't you being a bit harsh on Panda? I didn't perceive that he was being judgemental in his post. Panda is very idealistic and while he may seem naive to many of us, I find his purity refreshing. The man loves his wife and I believe that he is living in the bliss that he expresses when he speaks of his marriage. I doubt that he had lower standards for who he wanted to marry. Yes, what he finds attractive in his mate may differ greatly from what you would, bu he very likely had high standards for his wife. He happened to meet her sooner in life rather than later.

Okay, I?ll accept that.

Maybe I dropped the hammer on him a little to hard.

I don?t have a problem with anything he said or him being idealistic.

Everyone?s path is different.

His preaching toward me is what I have a problem with.

I never told him what he should or should not be doing.

This is one of the things that confounds me the most.... you often say that you believe everyone's path is different, yet your sense of humor is 100% driven by putting others down. Your comedy consists of jabs at everyone else who are not like you. A little wit here or there would be welcomed.

What did you think about my Polo shirt.

I look awfully pale.

Hate it when I miss a spray tan appointment.

That?s not entirely true, I just paid Ipop a compliment.

Check the Selling Ipo thread.

His Make-A-Wish request finally came true!

How about you?

You can?t click thanks fast enough after anyone rips me.

Don't change!

It always makes me laugh and I feel special.

"It's ok, it's ok man....just let it out!"

What do you mean I am priced out? Panda is still in the game. That picture reminds me of when Panda cried when he got priced out of the Casalon A2 Plan in Quail Hills back in 2003 for $491,900.

Panda,

Casalon was the worst project that I have ever seen. Seriously it was the worst. You must have been desperate back then. The good thing is your taste in architecture is different for women. Consider you missing out is your current blessing.

No joke BK,

Back then, you don't care about the architecture. If even if you put Cow crap in the Casalon plan people would buy it. Case in point, C1 and C2 are butt ugly with a big wall as soon as you open the door, and buyers didn't think twice about buying back then. Actually, my wife makes fun of me time to time that all I talked to her about was how i missed the investment opportunity of a life time with the Casalon A2 plan back in 2003 while we were still dating. Now, that I think about it, it is a blessing that i did not buy it back then. So when is the Irvine Summer 40% OFF Sale happening in Woodbury? All Villa Rosa Models selling at 40% off at $650,000.. Panda says, "NICE"

Does anyone happen to know what the guy at the bottom of pic shirt says? it gets cut off...i wonder how it compares to "f*** me, i'm playboy" shirt guy in the middle. But I must admit the sky blue hoodie with no shirt underneath takes the cake

Thank you both for the support as it is well received. No need to feel down though; I'm ecstatic about my future and I eagerly awaiting my day of freedom. Turns out marriage just isn't for me and I was simply following the same steps we've all been conditioned to travel. This stunt my ex-wife has pulled allowed me to learn so much more about myself than I ever would've thought possible and I will forever credit her as one of the greatest influences in my life since the experience has woken me up to become the man I am today.

[quote author="PANDA" date=1216422234]OooHH... Ten, is Panda starting to get on your nerves ? :) Some SMACK coming from Ten. You are absolutely correct, your standards are just SO MUCH higher than mine, as Panda played with his Star Wars and Transformers action figures, Nintendo Super Mario Bros and Legend of Zelda, and Dungeons and Dragons all day, while all my other friends were dating.

Cayci! That is awsome!

Not to worry Panda... I was playing with bombs, machines and other mechanical devices when I was younger. I cannot tell you how awsome it is when my wife asked me if wanted some fireworks for the 4th. She offered to whip up a batch of NITROGLYCERIN (she's a chemist). Crazy yes, but a match made in nerd heaven.

anyways take it easy

quick update on my stupid BAC buy. In the last week it's gone from 50% loss to 14% loss. I do believe that B of A will be one of the banks that will end up being one of the strongest, but I should have waited to buy shares in any financial institution. Anyway, wondering if I should bail out for a while or just ignore the paper loss. It's in one of my retirement accounts. ???
