Since TNHC's getting all the appliance through Viking, they are getting a great deal on the built in fridges and they pass on the saving to their home buyers. This is one rare occasion that builder's options are cheaper than outside big box stores.

TNHC wasn't Viking. It was Wolf/Sub-Zero.
