I too find that the %commission for the buyer's agent being hidden and relitters stearing you based on that foul.

And recently I found out that it isn't universal.  I have been looking at a few other markets accross the country (job relocation possibilities), and find that the buyer's agent % is listed on the MLS.

Why doesn't the SoCal MLS list the %????  (IR2/USC/others comments?)

The buyer's agent commission % is listed on SoCal MLS, but only on the Agent Listing view and not the Client Listing view.  All of my buyers know what the commission % is for every home that I show them.
