she would prefer that i did, but she doesnt make me. i told her when the baby was like two and could tell what i was eating that i would set a better example for her - but i had my fingers crossed when i made that promise

Gotta give it to Blendtec, cleanup is a breeze which to me is the most important factor, cleaning the Ninja was a delicate process.  Stuff I learned so far:  less is more when it comes to blending ingredients (do not throw every fruit/veggie in there!), avoid too much citrus (adding an orange can alter the texture greatly).

So far two bags of TraderJoe's kale, two bags of spinach, and almost a whole pack of Costco apples.  Go green

Sometimes, she's a picky eater, she does like the roasted flaxseed lemonade kale smoothie I made once.  It was kinda gross to me (a nutty lemonade?) but she liked it.
