Beware this Overlord of Irvine

Everyone listen, forget about Putin or Kim Jung – we have own ruler here in Irvine! I writing this because everybody need to know what happening in this neighborhood. It is a small gated community in Northwood, near Bryan Avenue, Jeffrey and Trabuco streets.
For last five years, this person with initials DC come to our community, take over HOA, and put his own people in board. After that, he control everything. He put many cameras everywhere, always watching and recording neighbors. It seem like he have strange obsession to watch people. Later we find out all cameras connect to his computers and phone. Some people say he even make a special surveillance room like CIA
Visitors and friends of residents say he follow and question them aggressively: Who are you? You don’t live here! Many people complain they have been harass and bully by him. He act like this neighborhood is his own kingdom. Even people from next community also get harass by him.
Recently, there are many lawsuits against him and his HOA friends. Then suddenly he resign from HOA because health reason. But at same time he say he swim 1.5 miles every day and will work as new paid community project manager. So he is really sick or not?
This person spend all time planning revenge for people he don’t like. He is telling terrible lies about neighbors. One of the funniest lie? He say he swim 1.5 miles a day—but he don’t even look skinny. When he not swimming, he watching people on camera, listen to conversation, and monitor everything. How he have time to do this? Maybe because he pay himself as community project manager and don’t have real job. The police tell him to stop, but he don’t care—he think he is the police. Even worse, he using thousands of HOA money for his personal business! He even brag about using community money to pay his lawyer. But some people believe him, even though he secretly call them stupid. So crazy!
There is saying: The person making loudest accusation is the one most guilty.
Here are things people say he do. Is this normal behavior?

• Follow and film neighbor (even women, children and old people) to scare them
• Jump in front of car to say they not stop at stop sign
• Threaten neighbors with many hundred or thousand dollar fine and brag about it
• Write down license plates and VIN numbers of cars to check records - look at picture attach below
• Know personal information about neighbor’s children
• Run background check on many people
• Watch swimming pool logs and kick people out if they stay after 10:01 PM
• Yell racist and sexist words at neighbor and their guest
• Hide in bush to take picture of some teenager at the pool
• Stalk renter and their families
• Stalk women and make rude gesture
• Try to make people hit him so he can sue them
• Call police on neighbor for fake crime like moving election sign
• Steal campaign signs of people running against him in HOA election
• Use community money for his own business
• Build private surveillance room with high-tech monitor
• Always brag about himself and take credit for everything

In 2024, I was very vocal about my concerns as a resident of this community. However, I have not written or created any videos about this individual for several months. Despite that, he still can't seem to keep my name out of his mouth. I wouldn’t be surprised if another lawsuit is headed his way, given the numerous false claims he has made about multiple individuals, including myself.

I hold no ill will toward anyone. My only hope for him is that he finds a more constructive way to channel his energy and efforts—directing his passion toward something more meaningful. As I have said before, no parent raises their child to be an HOA President.

Seriously, the Northwood Estates lawsuit hoa is crazy...
