Hmmm - this got me all confused.  I'm now questioning my aZn-nEsS.

I think PS9 and Homer need to do an intervention.


Please PM them your address so they can bring over your visor and long sleeve outfit for any time outside.


Additionally, they will bring over a set of clippers so you can re-establish your FOB street creed with a home made haircut.  They will throw away your dental equipment so your teeth can go black or yellow as well.


Perhaps even some outdoor yelling and spitting clinics?  Maybe someone can hire some overbearing parents to show up and critique your lifestyle, child rearing, diet, friends, finances, etc.


Oh - we need to get you into a corolla or maybe a honda / toyota minivan ASAP.


Then your path to the aZn side will be complete and you will understand the true power of the force.

Anyone on the board moved in yet to PP?  Who are they using to manage the HOA?  And has anyone started to think about landscaping?  what's the approval process?  I want to dig into my toxic soil as soon as I close escrow so I'm starting the process kinda early. Any insight is appreciated!

The HOA is run by First Service residential.  They give you 120 days to submit the plan and 1 year to complete the back/front yard.

that is our HOA mgmt company as well. i just got my HOA statement and got my first $100 fine! i was expecting a letter first before they fined me. I guess i better get those plans in in february. bastards.
