Yea, I don't believe 77 Cortland was a model, it was just a quick move in house. It does look like Model 2 and 3 are sold now however, as well as all quick move ins, so only Model 1 is left. Would anybody use the sale price of a model home as a relative comp value of their home, if their home had the same upgrades as the model did?
