Don't forget the IBC -- Irvine Business Core. TIC will build a lot of high density homes.

I thought the 'C' meant Center.

I don't think TIC is building there, lots of apartments being built by non-TIC companies... the area around Alton and Jamboree has exploded with new apartment complexes.

We are both wrong . C stands for Complex. Possibly up to 15,000 homes in that area.
