Love Zion but H-mart is not so hot.
I think its the management of Ranch 99s in southern california...the ones up in the bay area are great. There is one near my parents' place where they serve great to-go food, dim sum, cantonese noodles, and a variety of other hot foods for very affordable prices. The veggies and fruits are cheap and good.
The Ranch 99 on Culver used to be decent but now they are off. The one on Jeffrey is a disaster.
