I don't believe we've seen any in Irvine that are 50% off.

The prices in higher-end communities fall after the lower-end communities.

I don't believe Irvine prices will fall as hard as the ones we have shown in this particular thread.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :lol:

I can only think that those sales at the ridiculous prices were all cashout frauds.

I was thinking the same thing. The price drops are really amazing though. It is pretty hard to deny there was a bubble when you see what happened in those neighborhoods.
