What is she doing at a casino? Doesn?t she know the odds are stacked against her of winning?

It's likely some event where they have casino like games for fun, but not actual gambling.

For card game tables, I think casino etiquette discourages both hands on the table (or holding cards with both hands).

It's normal for many women to use make-up.  With recent popularity of Korean cosmetics (and boy groups like BTS) you'll see more men use products like BB cream w/SPF protection.  So if you don't want to get IPL for your sun spots, you can apply a concealer to cover it.

Look at Blackpink's Lalisa Manoban (Lisa) before and after:

She received a lot of hate from anti-fans claiming that without makeup, she'd look just like an average Thai girl.  Well, if your standard of beauty imposes the make-up image for kpop stars, then don't complain about them using makeup.  As my friend's mother from Germany once said, if you married a brunette but want to sleep with a blonde, ask your wife to wear a blonde wig in bed.

It?s a photo op. I get it.

But my statement was a general statement. The odds are against the person gambling. Maybe they should like have like a sign warning the odds are against you. (I know they won?t gave the sign)

Regarding make up. It seems like that?s the style these days and before.

I never heard that suggestion regarding asking a girl to wear a wig.

Any other suggestions?

And that Yale student (Sherry, Jiaxin Guo) with $1.2M bribe money, she actually live in Irvine.

According to Chinese News outlet, her dad is a wanted criminal for financial fraud and hiding in Irvine.  Unable to link the news article so I just pasted here.  3rd pic is the suspected Irvine home of the family, might be in one of GP neighborhoods.
