Lol thanks for finding the site to search on! I'm reading about different things. There's info on what's going to be at the Portola Springs retail center. Pretty cool to read things about the future. Gas Station & Fast Food drive-thru will be there.

Your are welcome!  And I know the site is kinda addicting isn't it :)  By the way, what were your search parameters (at SIREPUB) for finding out about the PS retail center?  I'd be interested in reading up on that as well...

I searched Portola Springs Map and there was a list saying like drive-thru pharmacy and other things on there

Yeah, it appears that you can't open up the "case files" docs, so you can only see the title of the doc at the SIREPUB site.

Can you give us a link to where the maps were?  I'd like to see the maps as well but can't find one yet (there are sooo many docs to sift through...)
 
Found some of the future street names. The detached condo tract will have these streets: Diamond, Corinthian, Beverly, Turret & Bannister :)

The Single-Family Detached: part of Diamond, all of Azurite, Gemcutter, Mercury & Ultramarine

And it looks like the street at the future intersection to enter on the other side of Stonegate at Portola will be called Paragon

I live in the apartments in this area and have just noticed accelerated grading activity in these tracts. The apt management just notified us of these developments, and according to them the tract at the corner of Groveland/Irvine Blvd. will have a community called San Mateo with about 125 "detached" condos. Construction of the models is supposed to begin sometime this week for opening in the spring, when the homes will be offered for sale.
 
I do hope they bust a Harvard Square/Oak Creek move where they sell two different 'hoods in Irvine at opposite ends at the same time.

Yes, I agree with you.  It is not as bad as I thought it would be in terms of the amenities (availability of pool/park).  I still think it looks pretty dense with all those detached condos...

What do you think the price points will be for the detached condo's and sfh?

Also will there be any othe builders in Stonegate besides TIC?
