We've had mice chew through the garage door seal but they never entered the house or drywall. Complained to the builder and they've offered to replace the seal. Traps have caught more than 20 mice so far. Less common now that later phase construction has moved further away.

Used the Uppa Vista for two kids. Thin profile so goes through shopping aisles and doorways easier but harder to steer compared to the double wides. If you get two kids far apart in age, I would've rather had a stroller with a skateboard option.
