8 Ashford was on the market awhile.  The owners live in India and I believe it was a rental for a couple of years before they listed it for sale.  That 3rd floor loft was really nice and the secondary bedrooms are really good size.  It has a great floorplan.  The biggest downside was the freeway...

+1 When we purchased our last house-  the termite company caused $1600 of roof damage during the tenting.  The seller covered the cost to fix it,  then had to sue the termite company for payment.
