They probably should have done the Model 2 instead of the CT.

The Chinese EVs offer perhaps the best quality to price ratio. What happens if they are allowed in Europe, Canada, Mexico, the US?

Stellantis acquired 20% of Leapmotor and is building one of their compact car (T03) and a small SUV (C10) in a Stellantis factory in Poland. That way they avoid any tariffs that would apply to Chinese cars in Europe. For €18K (tax included) + local EV incentives it's difficult to beat and I don't see how the local manufacturers compete.
