Their sales are so bad they can't sell Foundation Series models anymore... so they are removing the Foundation branding on existing inventory so they can sell them for $20k less:

Anyone buying a CT or X is foolish and doesn’t understand manufacturing - high quality only comes with high volume and rigorous testing. Really best to stick with the Model 3/Y. The software however is great on all of them - the best human interface outside of Apple products.
